Catarina Raposo
She is a Landscape Architect (Instituto Superior de Agronomia, Lisbon) and co-founder of the studio Baldios Arquitetos Paisagistas, established in 2014. Her work spans across professional practice, teaching, and research within the broad field of Landscape Architecture. She has been a guest lecturer at ISA (2004–14), the University of Coimbra (2021–2024), the University of Évora (2003–04), and the Mantua campus of the Polytechnic University of Milan (2024). She collaborated on research projects led by Gonçalo Ribeiro Telles and Manuela Raposo Magalhães (1998–2001) and was part of the Global – Arquitetura Paisagista studio (2001–2012). For the Lisbon Architecture Triennale, she curated Os Caminhos da Água (Open House 2021) and co-curated the exhibition Paisagem: Espaço, Ideologia e Acção (2007). She was part of Pedro Gadanho’s team for Guarda European Capital of Culture 2027 project, and contributed to the publication Portugal Património (by Álvaro Almeida and Duarte Belo) and to the AP magazine of the Portuguese Association of Landscape Architects (2010–2013).
